Welcome to Pitstop, a platform that connects vehicle owners with mobile mechanics by providing lead generation services. By using our platform, you (“Mechanic,” “Subscriber,” or “User”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Pitstop” – The service provider facilitating lead generation for mechanics.

• “Mechanic” – A mobile mechanic, repair shop, or auto service provider subscribing to receive leads.

• “Leads” – Customer inquiries containing vehicle service requests, including contact information and job details.

• “Subscription” – A paid plan that allows mechanics to receive leads based on their selected tier.

2. Lead Service & Subscription

• Pitstop provides non-exclusive leads to subscribing mechanics based on their chosen counties and tier level.

• Leads are distributed via email, text, or platform notifications.

• Pitstop does not guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying customer.

• Subscription levels determine the number of leads and service areas a mechanic can access.

3. Payment & Fees

• Mechanics must subscribe to a paid plan to receive leads. Pricing details are outlined on our website.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• If a payment fails, access to leads may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

4. Mechanic Responsibilities

• Mechanics must hold valid business licenses (if applicable) and comply with all local laws.

• Mechanics must not misuse customer information for any purpose other than providing auto repair services.

• Mechanics are independent service providers and are not employees of Pitstop.

• Pitstop is not liable for any services performed by mechanics.

5. Customer Interaction & Compliance

• Mechanics are responsible for all customer communication after receiving a lead.

• Mechanics must provide accurate pricing and service estimates and adhere to professional standards.

• Any disputes between a mechanic and a customer must be resolved directly between both parties.

• Pitstop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a mechanic’s access if they receive a complaint.

6. No Guarantee of Work or Profitability

• Pitstop does not guarantee that a lead will result in a sale.

• Lead quality may vary, and mechanics accept all risks associated with purchasing subscription.

• Pitstop does not control customer willingness to proceed with services after initial contact.

7. Data Usage & Privacy

• Mechanics agree to keep all customer data confidential and not share or sell leads to third parties.

• Pitstop may collect analytics to improve the platform but does not sell mechanic or customer data to external parties.

8. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

• Mechanics agree to hold Pitstop harmless from any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from services rendered.

• Pitstop is not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or legal issues related to mechanic-customer interactions.

• Mechanics assume full responsibility for their business operations.

9. Termination & Account Suspension

• Mechanics may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

• Pitstop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

• If Pitstop discontinues services, mechanics will receive 30 days' notice before termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Pitstop reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Subscribers will be notified of changes via email or platform announcement.

By subscribing to Pitstop’s services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
